Marketing- Branding Consultation/Check-up

​Keller Williams Realty allows agents to create their own marketing/branding (should they choose to do so.) There are a few compliance rules that are to be followed to meet MLS and KW requirements, but aside from that, agents are able to personalize their business how they would like.

Whitney Wright will offer an initial consultation for transferring agents who have closed more than 8 transactions year to date, if needed. Please email her at whitney.wright@kw.com

Maine Real Estate
Commission tasks

Once you receive the Change of Affiliation from the Maine Real Estate Commission, you must contact your board to update your affiliation and any additional changes to your profile information on the MLS and other website sources ( ie, realtor.com, Zillow profile, Facebook, IG, etc.)

your transition smooth

  • Get familiar with our: KW Maine Dashboard and Training Calendar

    • Learn about weekly KW Regional calls and weekly KW national trainings

  • Call the MCA office to learn about our mobile commission check deposits and earnest app for earnest money wires klrw318@kw.com 

  • Work with staff to set up your marketing profile (attend the Monday Tech Lab 11-12pm) 

    • How to edit your marketing profile

  • Any change in name, number, contact information etc needs to be reported to Sally, our Director of First Impressions.
