DocuSign & zipForm

zipForm is the platform that is provided with your Maine Association of REALTORS® (MAR) membership. This is where transaction documents* are retrieved, completed and prepped for sending out to recipients to sign.

DocuSign, a separate platform provided with your Maine Listings membership, can be integrated with zipForm to enable the sending and signing of the electronic packets (called envelopes).

Click the drop-downs below for how to create each of the accounts and set up the link between them.

Please note that if you are using the KWRI-provided DocuSign account, this account will be deactivated on July 14th. You will need to either a) switch to using the Maine Listings-provided DocuSign account and reset up your zipForm/DocuSign link (see instructions below) or switch to using the Lone Wolf Transact platform.

*Company-specific forms, i.e. forms created by our brokerage will not be found in the MAR Form Library in zipForm and can be retrieved here.
