Lone Wolf Tansact
To add documents from a Form Libraries in a Lone Wolf Transact, your NRDS ID must be connected to your account:
Create a new Transact (click here to learn how)
Click the + Add Paperwork button to open the Add Form or Document pop-up
At the bottom of the pop-up, click Link NRDS ID (U.S.)
Enter in the information for each field
Once complete, you will see all Form Libraries associated with your NRDS ID available in the drop-down menu in the Add Form or Document pop-up.
Yes! Our company fomrs exist in the Keller Williams - MC #318 Form Library in Lone Wolf Transact.
To find the library, click the + Add Paperwork button in your Transact and then the drop-down menu in the Add Form or Document pop-up box.
*PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY*:
Sign out of any Command accounts
Go to https://platform.lwolf.com/ and sign out of any Lone Wolf accounts
Once you have ensured you are not logged into to any Command or Lone Wolf accounts:
Sign into the team member's Command account
Create the team member's Lone Wolf account
Click here for the instructions on how to set a Lone Wolf account through Command
Once the account is created and before setting up the next team member's account:
Sign out of the team member's Command account
Go to https://platform.lwolf.com/ and sign out of the team member's Lone Wolf account
Failing to sign out of the account could link the wrong Lone Wolf account to the wrong Command account and there is no way to correct this.
Yes, so long as you are a member of a local Board of REALTORS® in the state where your license is held. Access to these form libraries is tied to your NRDS ID (National Real Estate Database System), which verifies your membership and entitlement to use specific state and local association forms.
