Office Printers Installation Instructions

You must be connected to the wifi network named KWMAINE  in order to follow the instructions below!​ See the Facility Info page for password.

1. Download the Printer Installer for your respective operating system:

   • Mac OS (Apple Computers)​

   • Windows

   • Chrome OS (Chromebooks)

   • iOS (iPhone and iPad)

2. Select the green Download  button. If your computer warns you about the file being insecure, select Download insecure file. Your computer cannot verify that the download is a "safe" file since it is coming from a private IP Address, but rest assured the file is secure.

3. Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts:

   • Select your language (defaulted to English) and select Next –> Accept the agreement and select Next –> Check each printer listed and select Next. –> Enter your Username ("firstname lastname",  be sure to include the space in-between) and Password (your copy code provided by the Director of First Impressions) and Select Next –> select Finish.
      

Mac users: When initiating your first print job, the Mac's Printers app may open and prompt you to “Hold for authentication”––select the rotating arrow icon and re-enter in your login credentials. Be sure to Save password to Apple Keychain to have this auto-apply for future print jobs.
