Flexmls
Flexmls is the agent-side (not consumer-facing) of the multiple listing service. This is where you will upload all of the information on your listings to broadcast to other MLS members (agents) and other syndicated websites (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor®, KW, etc.).

Setting up your Flexmls account
​Your login credentials for both Flexmls (Maine’s Multiple Listing Service) and the Member Portal of Maine Listings will have been sent to your KW email directly from Maine Listings (email subject: “New Flexmls login credentials”).​​​​​​
MLS Training
Maine Listings hosts a variety of virtual training sessions on the MLS and the platforms that are provided through Maine Listings membership (Forewarn, RPR, Realist, etc.).
Be on the lookout for their weekly communication email for registration links. Additionally, they will typically send the recordings of the trainings to registrants and post them to their YouTube channel.
