KeyPleaz is an app you can use to find jobs––running lockboxes/signs to properties, hosting open houses, showing property––other agents have posted to receive compensation. All activities you are being financially compensated for that are performed with your real estate license (besides representing your clients for a transaction) must be completed through this app per the Maine Real Estate Commission.
